I know, I know, I just posted recently about snow…but I am a CA girl and where I lived it was always rare to actually see snow where I lived….If you wanted snow you would have to drive several hours to go find it…. So I get excited and probably always will when it snows here!
That was my 6” ruler stuck down in the snow and it measured 5”…that is a huge amount for here!!!
This is about the only time that I would let them eat snow…right after it was freshly fallen and ya have to experience that at least once right???!!!
The playground was almost non-existent the seats were all full and it was up to the first rung on the ladder!
This is my front porch…we have never had snow on the front porch and even though it was blown in, it was still about a 1/4 of an inch!
Even though we were sick and all, we bundled up and went for a drive downtown our little town of Seneca…I thought the picture was ok until I saw it on the computer….the window was a little sleet covered!!
I couldn’t resist a picture of the snow on the hummingbird feeder, a first!!
Something else we have never had…icicles!!!
I wasn’t sure whether we would be going to church or not tonight because of our sickness, I think the worst is over, but Tim saved me from having to worry about that…he said no we would not go because there was still too much ice on the roads and since we would be coming home late at night, we would not see the black ice…… Well then I had a phone call saying church was cancelled all together!!!
